Cobra Performing Arts, Inc-Amendment 1 Term: November 2021-August 2022 Amount: $30,300 Scope: Agreement with Cobra Performing Arts, Inc to amend existing contract#2022-00000429. This amendment will extend the contract until August 2022. This amend will represent an increase of $30,300 to provide additional services. The total contract will be $95,300. Cobra Performing Arts, Inc staff will work with students during the summer on Marching Band Development. Drumline Development, Flag Squad Instructional Services, Majorette Danceline, Instrumental Development. Summer Services and Seminars in Team Leadership, and summer program activities around Marching Band Development.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend contract# 2022-00000429 with Cobra Performing Arts, Inc in the amount of $30,300 to continue consulting services with students during the summer on Marching Band Development. Drumline Development, Flag Squad Instructional Services, Majorette Danceline, Instrumental Development. Summer Services and Seminars in Team Leadership, and summer program activities around Marching Band Development for the remaining 2021-2022 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Cobra Performing Arts, Inc a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend contract# 2022-00000429 with Cobra Performing Arts to provide these services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend contract #2022-00000429 with Cobra Performing Arts, Inc at a cost not to exceed $95,300. It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
