Amount: $10,650.94
Scope: One-time purchase from Wards Science for medical supplies and equipment for the Pathways in Early College High Schools (PTECH) program at Charles E. Gorton High School. Medical supplies and equipment are required for the optimal use of the program. In addition to documenting this fact, it is a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the District.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Wards Science to purchase for medical Supplies and equipment for the Pathways in Early College High Schools (PTECH) program at Charles E. Gorton High School for the 2023 - 2024 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Wards Science a program that meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Wards Science to purchase these items, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Wards Science at a cost not to exceed $10,650.94.
