Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain the services of a Clinical Social Worker to provide Crisis Intervention to students in the Rockland Day Treatment Program, and
WHERES AS additional funds are needed to support the Partial Hospital Program,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the above named provider for amount not to exceed $179,930.00
