Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide Feeding Therapy, Occupational Therapy , Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Assistive Technology Services and Evaluations to District students on an as needed basis as required by the District, and
WHEREAS the Board of Education has determined that these services can be best provided by Isa Marrs Speech and Language Pathology, PC., and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Isa Marrs Speech and Language
Pathology, PC in a total contract amount not to exceed $91,000.00
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
