Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) to provide these services to Yonkers students in grades six through twelve (middle school and high school),
WHEREAS the District has determined that the services can best be provided by Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS), and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS)in a total contract amount not to exceed $25,500.00.
