Scope: To provide “On-Call” architectural and engineering services for the boiler plant upgrades at the PEARLS Hawthorne School RFP 420-24-12. SEI Design Group was deemed most qualified to perform this task for a total fee of $113,160.00, see attached Summary of Responses.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS via resolution 9.8 dated August 21, 2024, the Board of Education authorized the award of an “On-Call” architectural engineering services contract to SEI Design Group in response to District RFQ-483 for an amount not to exceed $1 million, and
WHEREAS the District requires architectural engineering services for the “Boiler Plant Upgrades” at PEARLS Hawthorne School, and
WHEREAS the response by SEI Design Group is to be deemed most advantageous to the District at a cost of $113,160.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to assign SEI Design Group to the task of providing “On-Call” architectural engineering services for “Boiler Plant Upgrades” at PEARLS Hawthorne School at a cost not to exceed $113,160.00 for a term of 730 days for this phase.
