Resolution: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or July 1, 2022, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of an impartial hearing complaint filed against the District, dated, March 7, 2022,

NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution.
