Scope: Suntex International Inc will provide the district with game-based math teaching tools to engage students during enrichment/intervention blocks in Grades K - 8. These resources will support the development of students' mathematical fluency and numeracy skills. Suntex International is the sole source provider for these educational materials.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Suntex International Inc. to purchase materials to support learning in mathematics during daily intervention time for the 2025-2026 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Suntex International Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Suntex International Inc. to purchase these materials, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Suntex International Inc. at a cost not to exceed $33,839.46.
