Resolution: WHEREAS bids were issued for public advertisement and opened on February 7, 2025 in compliance with General Municipal Law 103 for Bid No. IFB-7357 General Construction Contract 1, for the “Water Mitigation of Fuel Oil Tank Room and Other Improvements” at the Cesar E. Chavez School, Project No. 10914, and

WHEREAS such bids were duly examined and as a result the administration has determined that Abbott & Price, Inc., is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $1,069,414.00.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to award Bid No. IFB-7357 General Construction Contract 1, for the “Water Mitigation of Fuel Oil Tank Room and Other Improvements” at the Cesar E. Chavez School to Abbott & Price, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,069,414.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
