SCOPE: The extension applied to contract number 2023-00000393, is solely for the purpose of settling final invoices totaling $11,098.50 through 10/31/23. Under this contract, the vendor is responsible for providing repair and maintenance services for commercial kitchen equipment as required in the kitchens and cafeterias in YPS, in accordance with the specifications set out in the original RFB 6836.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to extend contract
(2023 -00000393) until 10/31/23 with MICO COOLING CORP. for purpose of settling final invoices until a new contract is established. The new contract (2024-00000454) will commence on 11/1/2023.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an extension agreement with MICO COOLING CORP. to provide these services.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an extension agreement with MICO COOLING CORP at a cost not to exceed $11,098.50 through 10/31/23.
