To provide awareness and direct curriculum supports to Yonkers Public Schools Middle and High School students to address preventative measures to opioid abuse, access to social support systems and positive messaging to the Yonkers Public Schools community

Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas the Board of Education wishes to amend the contract with The Partnership to End Addiction to provide these services to Yonkers students in grade six through twelve (middle school and high school),
WHEREAS the District has determined that the services can best be provided by The Partnership to End Addiction, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend the contract with The Partnership to End Addiction in a total contract amount not to exceed $115,000.00.
