Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Policy #0111 E Sexual Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment under Title IX Exhibit.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Policy #0111 E Sexual Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment under Title IX Exhibit; and
Be it further resolved that Policy# 0111 E Sexual Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment under Title IX Exhibit shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual.
