:
AWARD OF GENERAL FUND PURCHASE ORDER to Westchester County Health Department for Registration of Petroleum Bulk Storage Tanks in various Yonkers Public Schools in the amount of $13,735.00 for a period of three years.
Article XXV, section 873.2513.1.b of Westchester County's Petroleum Bulk Storage code requires the registration of all our petroleum bulk storage tanks in the Yonkers Public School District be renewed every three years. The renewals for the district are due in May 2021. The District has a total of 66 fuel oil storage tanks. At this time 52 tanks in 32 schools are due for registration renewal and covered by this resolution. The remainder will be registered at their due dates.

WHEREAS: the fee for these registrations is $13,735.00 due the County of Westchester in May of 2021.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Yonkers Board of Education authorizes the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order to Westchester County Health Department in the amount of $13,735.00.
