Rationale: This to award the Environmental Consulting Services contract required for the Emergency Declaration date August 8, 2021 for “Storm Damage Window Stabilization and Repair” at the PEARLS Hawthorne School for $16,225.00 for term of 180 calendar days.

On or about August 7, 2021 in recent inspection of cleaned and closed classrooms it was discovered that the windows in Rooms 206, 208, 211 and 212 had been pushed out of alignment by one of the recent storms. It was estimated that the overall cost of this project to be in the range of $200,000 to $250,000.
Adelaide will be providing the environmental asbestos related surveys, testing and project monitoring for the “Storm Damage Window Stabilization and Repair” at the PEARLS Hawthorne School. This Task was not issued for RFP due to the emergency declaration, project size, specific scope and the need for speed on this project.
