WHEREAS the safety of our athletes is our highest priority,
WHEREAS the servicing of Automated External Defibrillator's will keep the district in compliance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Zoll Medical Corporation in an amount not to exceed $14,011.60 for Interscholastic Athletics, for the servicing of Automated External Defibrillator devices.
