Resolution:

WHEREAS by Resolution 15.8 dated September 21, 2022, the Board of Education authorized the award of Contract 2023-0349 for “District-wide Window & Door Glazing Replacement” to Suburban Sunrooms, Inc. for $94,500.00 and 365 calendar days, and
WHEREAS by Resolution 15.11 dated October 18, 2023, the Board of Education authorized Change Order 1 for $25,998.95 with no change in term, to facilitate additional recommended district wide repairs, and
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Suburban Sunrooms, Inc. to extend the contract for the first time, increasing the contract to $214,998.95 and the contract term to 730 calendar days.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to extend Contract 2023-0349 for “District-wide Window & Door Glazing Replacement” to Suburban Sun Rooms, Inc., by $94,500.00, increasing the contract to $214,998.95 and the contract term to 730 calendar days.
