Amount: $31,500.00 (15hrs/wk. @ 175/hr.) for 12 weeks

Scope: Dr. Shadi H. Sayegh will provide medical services which will include assisting with the review of student IEP's and student charts to assess programs and services for the 2022-2023 school year. This initial engagement is for 12 weeks, to be reassessed thereafter, based on District needs.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Dr. Shadi H. Sayegh to obtain medical services to support the review of IEP's, student charts to assess programs and services October 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Dr. Shadi. H. Sayegh at a cost not to exceed $31,500.00.
