Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Policy #5550 Student Privacy.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Policy #5550 Student Privacy; and
Be it further resolved that Policy#5550 Student Privacy shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual.
