Scope: Dr. Shadi H. Sayegh will provide medical services which will include assisting with the review of student’s IEP’s and student charts to assess programs and services for the 2023-2024 school year.
The purpose of this amendment is to supplement the District with medical services. Dr. Sayegh will assist with the review of IEPs, and student charts to assess programs and services such as physical and occupational therapy.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Dr. Shadi H. Sayegh to obtain medical services to support the review of IEP's, student charts to assess programs and services for the 2023- 2024 school year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Dr. Shadi. H. Sayegh a total contract amount not to exceed $115,500.00.
