TOTAL AMOUNT OF PURCHASE ORDERS: Total expenditures shall not exceed $131,000.00 for print and electronic library books.
Scope: To provide print and electronic library books, for Yonkers Public Schools and Non-Public School libraries at discounted costs using pricing from New York State contracts. All contracts are extended until September 2023.

WHEREAS, the vendors listed on the attached page are either Sole Source vendors or they offer discounts from New York State contracts that may be used by the Yonkers Public Schools under the current Yonkers Board of Education Policy and New York State General Municipal Law, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby approved the use of vendors as listed on the attached page to provide print and electronic library books,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the total expenditures pursuant to this award shall not exceed a total dollar amount of $131,000.00 for print and electronic library books.
