Amendment to Resolution 13.3 BOE Approved 1/20/2021, BOCS Approved 2/4/2021 in the amount of 298,757.90. This represents training for Administrators to support the PowerScheduler Process and represents an increase of $4,200.00. The total contract amount will be $302,957.90

Resolution for March 2021:
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend its existing contract with Student Information Systems through Power School as a service hosting and maintenance fees for the 2020-2021 school year. This is a renewal for the second year of a three-year contract starting in the 2019-2020 school year in the amount of $277.075.40.
Whereas the contract was first amended via Resolution 13.3 on January 20, 2021 revising the contract amount to $298,757.90, and
WHEREAS this amends a resolution for PowerSchool and will provide training that focuses on the Scheduling process of PowerSchool increasing the contract amount to $302,957.90, and
WHEREAS since this is a hosted application all maintenance, support, upgrades and backing up of data is included with the annual subscription.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Power School at a cost not to exceed $302,957.90.
