Resolution: WHEREAS bids were issued for public advertisement and opened on February 7, 2025 in compliance with General Municipal Law 103 for Bid No. IFB-7357A Plumbing Construction Contract 3, for the “Water Mitigation of Fuel Oil Tank Room and Other Improvements” at Cesar E. Chavez School, Project No. 10914, and

WHEREAS such bids were duly examined and as a result the administration has determined that Joe Lombardo Plumbing & Heating of Rockland, Inc., is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $291,561.00.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to award Bid No. IFB-7357A Plumbing Contract 3, for the “Water Mitigation of Fuel Oil Tank Room and Other Improvements” at Cesar E. Chavez School to Joe Lombardo Plumbing & Heating of Rockland, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $291,561.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
