Catapult Learning, LLC Term: September 2022 – August 31, 2023 Amount: $ 388,461.54 Scope: This is an Agreement with Catapult Learning, LLC to develop a customized small-group of in-person and/or virtual mandated services to improve the academic achievement and meet the specific needs of of participating nonpublic schools for the 2022-2023 school year. Services will be provided for the eligible Title I students through Synchronous and Asynchronous Literacy intervention, Math Intervention, STEM, Robotics, Social Emotional Learning, Counseling, parent engagement, professional development for Teachers and any additional services allowable by Title I and/or Title IV via technology such as Computers, Chromebooks, IPads, Phones or any combination of the above.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Catapult Learning to purchase consulting services to provide Title I supplemental in person and/or virtual mandated instructional services to eligible students in selected non-public schools. Catapult Learning will also provide parent engagement materials and activities as per the Title I federal guidelines and will also provide professional development services, instructional tutorial services and counseling services to selected non-public schools for the 2022-2023 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Catapult Learning a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Catapult Learning to provide these services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Catapult Learning at a cost not to exceed $388,461.54 It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
