Rationale
:
Approval of Memorandum of Agreement between the Board of Education and the Yonkers Council of Administrators to supplant agreement which expires June 30, 2021.

WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers, New York and the Yonkers Council of Administrators have engaged in collective negotiations for a successor Agreement to the July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2021 Agreement covering the salaries and conditions of employment of employees represented by the Yonkers Council of Administrators; and
WHEREAS, the collective negotiations between the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers and the Yonkers Council of Administrators have resulted in the attached Memorandum of Agreement; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the Agreement, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers wishes to state its approval by ratifying the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Yonkers Board of Education hereby approves the Agreement between the Board of Education and the Yonkers Council of Administrators attached hereto effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
