To amend the contract term for an additional 365 days:

• Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering (E&R) – Contract 2022-00000816
• H2M Architects & Engineers (H2M) – Contract 2022-00000817
• Liro Engineers Inc. (LiRo) – Contract 2022-00000818

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS by resolution 18.13 dated May 18, 2022, the Board of Education authorized the award of “Professional Environmental Consulting Services”, and
WHEREAS additional time is required to complete and assign new tasks for capital improvement work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: The Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend the below granting the extension of time for:
• Adelaide Environmental Health Associates Inc. (Adelaide) – Contract 2022-00000815
• Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering (E&R) – Contract 2022-00000816
• H2M Architects & Engineers (H2M) – Contract 2022-00000817
