Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into an agreement with Sunbelt Staffing, LLC. to provide these services,
WHEREAS the Board of Education has determined that these services can best be provided by Sunbelt Staffing, LLC,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Sunbelt Staffing, LLC in an amount not to exceed $87,840.00.
