Resolution:

WHEREAS via resolution 18.14 dated June 18, 2024, the Board of Education awarded PO No. 2024-8761 for “On-Call” Environmental Engineering Services for CIP 10956 Part 2 of Playground & Building Upgrades” at Paideia School 15, and
WHEREAS Amendment 1 is required for additional environmental monitoring, sample testing and oversight of hazardous material abatement work services, and
WHEREAS Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. have presented an acceptable proposal to complete this added task at a cost of $13,900.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue Amendment 1 under Contract No. 2022-0816 to Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. for $13,900.00, increasing their task amount from $7,500.00 to $21,400.00.
