NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approves the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about April 24, 2024, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of a an intent to request a due process hearing, dated August 22, 2023,
NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution.
