WHEREAS, the Board of and Local 456 are party to a memorandum of agreement for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the parties have engaged in good faith negotiations to arrive at a successor collective bargaining agreement; and
WHEREAS, the collective negotiations between the Board and “Local 456” have resulted in the attached Memorandum of Agreement (the “MOA”) subject to ratification by the Board and Local 456; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the MOA, the Board wishes to state its approval by ratifying the MOA.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board hereby approves the MOA between the Board and Local 456 attached hereto effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
