Scope: One time purchase from Corporate Computer Solutions. HP ProBooks and carts for the Pathways in Technology Early College High Schools (PTECH) program at Riverside High School. The HP ProBooks and carts to be purchased are required for the optimal use of the program. In addition to documenting this fact, it is a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the District. Per the district's PTECH grant, the awarded vendor must be a NYS Certified MWBE. The amendment amount now reflects the unforeseen increase for shipping done on 10/10/2023, additional $299.04.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing supplies contract with Corporate Computer Solutions Inc. to purchase HP Laptops and carts to support optimal use of the program. In addition to documenting this fact, it is a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the District. Per the district's PTECH grant, the awarded vendor must be a NYS Certified MWBE for the 2023 – 2024 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Corporate Computer Solutions Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Corporate Computer Solutions Inc. to purchase these items, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Corporate Computer Solutions Inc. at an additional cost of $39,306.04, Increasing the total amount not to exceed $61,741.04.
