Rationale:
|
This is to close-out the listed capital contracts and purchase orders with credit amendments and/or change orders. All work is complete. The credits are due to the deletion of work and/or a balance of unused contingency and reimbursables funds. There is no change in the contract terms. The unused funds (in this case $45,425.18) are freed up to be used on other capital projects.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: The contracted work on the contracts and/or purchase orders by the vendors as listed herein has been completed and accepted by the Yonkers Public Schools, and
WHEREAS: The execution of such contracts has resulted in a balance of unused contract funds, and
WHEREAS: This balance is to be returned to the Capital funds for use on other projects via change orders and amendments as so listed:
Amendment 1 PO 2022-0412, CIP 10868 AE Services, to FULLER & D'ANGELO, P.C. for <$17,307.50> decreasing the PO amount from $55,622.00 to $38,314.50.
Amendment 1 PO 2022-5981, CIP 10868 CM Services, to FULLER & D'ANGELO, P.C. for <$4,976.00> decreasing the PO amount from $4,976.00 to $0.00.
Amendment 2 PO 23021-3726, CIP 10833 AE Services, to CPL ARCHITECTS ENGINEERS LANDSCAPE & SURVEYOR for <$1,737.10> decreasing the PO amount from $27,700.00 to $25,962.90.
Amendment 2 PO 2023-8459, CIP 10875 to STRUCTURAL CONTRACTING SERVICES INC for <$5,280.00> decreasing the PO amount from $70,000.00 to $64,720.00.
Amendment 2 PO 2021-6004, CIP 10824 to MILCON CONSTRUCTION CORP for <$1,979.58> decreasing the PO amount from $237,923.32 to $235,943.74.
Amendment 1 PO 2020-6655, CIP 10824 to ADELAIDE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATES INC for <$14,145.00> decreasing the PO amount from $40,000.00 to $25,855.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to execute these change orders and amendments so listed.
