WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Jay Bee Distributers Inc. to purchase snacks for 2021-2022 school year.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Jay Bee Distributers Inc. to provide these goods, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Jay Bee Distributers Inc. at a cost not to exceed $184,273.50
