Resolution:

WHEREAS bids were issued for public advertisement and opened on February 14, 2025 in compliance with General Municipal Law 103 for Bid No. IFB-7358 General Construction Site Work, Contract 1 for the “Phase 2 of 3 for Windows, Masonry, Interior Improvements & Site Work” at Family School 32, Project No. 10876, and
WHEREAS such bids were duly examined and as a result the administration has determined that A.R. Brothers Construction Corp. is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $1,000,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to award Bid No. IFB-7358 General Construction Site Work, Contract 1, for Project No. 10876 “Phase 2 of 3 for Windows, Masonry, Interior Improvements & Site Work” at Family School 32 to A.R. Brothers Construction Corp. in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
