Scope: Epikidz is an agency that provides Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy to pre-school and school age District students who are homebound. This resolution is responsive to Part-200 requirements to provide a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) to all students.

Resolution: WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain the services of the above contractor to provide Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy to pre-school and school age District students who are homebound, and

WHEREAS the Board of Education has selected Epikidz to provide these services,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Epikidz at an amount not to exceed $8,000.
