Scope: Dr. Shadi H. Sayegh will provide medical services which will include the review of student IEP's and student charts to assess programs and services for the 2024-2025 school year.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Dr. Shadi H. Sayegh to obtain medical services to support the review of IEP's, student charts to determine therapeutic programs and services for the 2024- 2025 school year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Dr. Shadi. H. Sayegh at a cost not to exceed $78,750.00
