WHEREAS the Administration wishes to open additional classes in the Yonkers Public Schools District, in response to and increase 2024-2025 school year,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby approves the purchase of furniture described above from the following vendors:
School Special, Inc. - R201105, R230305, PC70266, PC69389
OMNIA - Lakeshore 11-74, R191815
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: the total expenditures pursuant to this award shall not exceed a total dollar amount of $268,000.00.
