Scope: Youth Studies, Inc. (“YSI”) will also collaborate with the grant administrator and Steering Committee to conduct an ongoing evaluation of Yonkers Public School’s NYS P-Tech program. The NYS P-TECH grant will be implemented over a six year period: July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2030

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing contract with Youth Studies, Inc.to purchase additional consulting services to support for the 2023-2024 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Youth Studies, Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Youth Studies, Inc. to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Youth Studies, Inc.at an additional cost of $5,000.00 , increasing the total amount not to exceed $53,000.00.
