Scope: To amend the “On-Call” Professional Environmental Services Contract 2022-00000816 to include additional unit prices for hazardous materials testing.

Overview:
For maintenance and improvements of District facilities, additional hazardous material unit prices are required for sampling and testing of building materials known to contain mercury.
Funding: Not Applicable
Resolution: WHEREAS via Resolution 18.13 dated May 18, 2022, the Board of Education authorized the award of Contract 2022-00000816 to Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. for “On-Call” Professional Environmental Services, and

WHEREAS an amendment is required to include additional unit prices for sampling and testing of building materials containing mercury, and

WHERAS there is no change in fee or duration.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend Contract 2022-00000816 to Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C., to include additional unit prices for sampling and testing of hazardous materials, with no change in fee or duration.
