Scope: Registration fee for the PLC at Work Institutes. Participants will explore research-affirmed daily instructional routines for engaging students in mathematical task aligned to their essential standards for unit-by-unit design, planning, and action. Specific Tier 1 and Tier 2 mathematics intervention routines that erase inequities in student learning and accurately measure and promote student proficiency in the essential standards for each grade level or course are provided. Participants will also learn to write high-quality common formative unit assessments and decide on next steps for the collaborative work and actions of their pre-K-12 grade level of course -based teams at this inspiring Mathematics in a PLC at Work Summit.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing contract with Solution Tree, Inc. to purchase registration fees to support District and Building Administrators and Teacher Leaders for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Solution Tree, Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Solution Tree, Inc. to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Solution Tree, Inc. for an additional $22,372.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $27,272.00.
