Resolution: Ladies and Gentlemen:

WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide services to disabled students as mandated on the Individual Education Plan (IEP) and

WHEREAS the Board of Education , in compliance with this mandate, has determined that these services can be best provided by Maxim Healthcare Staffing,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorized the Superintendent of School to enter into a contract with Maxim Healthcare Staffing in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00
