On December 7, 2023 the Bureau of Purchasing issued a Request for Quotes (RFQ 2024-4364). Three firms responded to the RFQ and submitted quotes. 1. Young Equipment Solutions, Inc., ($17, 237.00), 2. Glorious Contracting Inc., ($16,400.00), 3. AT Equipment Sales Corp., ($11,275.00).

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: The bathroom partitions at Saunders Trades and Technical High School have exceeded their useful life and need to be replaced and,
WHEREAS: On December 7, 2023 the Bureau of Purchasing issued a Request for Quotes (RFQ 2024-4364). Three firms responded to the RFQ and submitted quotes. 1. Young Equipment Solutions, Inc., ($17, 237.00), 2. Glorious Contracting Inc., ($16,400.00), 3. AT Equipment Sales Corp., ($11,275.00).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award to “Furnish and Install New Bathroom Partitions” at Saunders Trades and Technical High School be awarded to AT Equipment Sales, 180 Brook Street, Scarsdale, NY 10583 through RFQ2024-4364 in an amount not to exceed $11,275.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
