Scope: Additional Medical and Health supplies are needed for Yonkers Public Schools including Private and Parochial Schools within our borders. This amendment will also include the purchase of Audiometers.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education will purchase medical and health supplies from School Health Corporation
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to purchase medical and health supplies from School Health Corporation for the Yonkers Public Schools including Private and Parochial Schools within our boarders and to purchase Audiometers in a total contract amount not to exceed $80,412.00.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
