Scope: The vendor is to provide advertising services with posters they are printing using our artwork at 15 bus stops for a six-month period throughout the city of Yonkers to inform the community at large the of the registration period for Yonkers Public Schools. Insite Street Media LLC has permission from Westchester County for this poster placement.
This resolution is to amend existing contract with Insite Street Media LLC to provide additional advertising services at 15 bus stops throughout the city of Yonkers. This amendment will represent an increase of $2,025 to provide additional services. The total contract will be $7,650.

Resolution: WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing agreement with Insite Street Media LLC to purchase additional advertising services at 15 bus stops throughout the City of Yonkers to inform the community at large of the registration period for Yonkers Public Schools for the 2022-2023 school year,

WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Insite Street Media LLC a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,

WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Insite Street Media LLC. to provide these services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Insite Street Media LLC. at a cost not to exceed $7,650.00.

It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
