Scope: The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy services for students needing services in the Home/Hospital setting.

Resolution: WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend a contract with Epikidz, LLC to provide additional funds to address the increase in students needing services in the Home/Hospital setting.

WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Epikidz, LLC a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Educaton hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Epikidz, LLC at a cost not to exceed $40,200.00
