Scope: Tallyho Travel, Inc. will assist Barack Obama School for Social Justice
make arrangements of travel for a three day/two-night tour of Washington D.C. They will provide transportation, accommodations, entertainment and other travel related services.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Tallyho Travel,
Inc. to purchase consulting services to provide transportation, accommodations,
entertainment and other travel related services to Barack Obama School for Social
Justice for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Tallyho Travel,
Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York
State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter
into an agreement with Tallyho Travel, Inc. to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes
the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Tallyho Travel, Inc. at a
cost not to exceed $13,750.
