Resolution:

WHEREAS Yonkers Public Schools is required to recondition our athletic equipment and uniforms. Reconditioned equipment must meet safety guidelines as per NOCSAE certifications to insure our students' well-being.
WHEREAS Stadium System has met all bid requirements necessary to recondition our athletic equipment and uniforms.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Stadium System Inc. at a cost not to exceed $87,468.00 over a three (3) year contract term.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
