This is to furnish and deliver sixteen (16) new folding cafeteria tables to School 30. This purchase is being made under NYSOGS Award 23109 Furniture, All Types (except Hospital Room and Patient Handling) Contract PC68282 from AmTab Manufacturing Corp. C/O Health and Education Equipment, Inc. The funding supplied is Equipment Capital.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: The sixteen (16) folding cafeteria tables at School 30 are no longer serviceable, and
WHEREAS: Replacement tables are available for purchase through AmTab Manufacturing Corp. C/O Health and Education Equipment, Inc. under NYSOGS Contract PC68282, at an acceptable price, and
WHEREAS: In accordance with General Municipal Law, the district is permitted to avail itself of the goods awarded in this contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for the furnishing and installation of sixteen (16) folding cafeteria tables is to be awarded to AmTab Manufacturing Corp., C/O Health and Education Equipment, Inc., 600 Eagle Drive, Bensenville, IL 60106 in an amount not to exceed $48,457.92 under NYSOGS Award 23109 Furniture, All Types (except Hospital Room and Patient Handling) Contract PC68282 and a term of 180 calendar days.
