Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with The Leadership Academy to purchase consulting services to support assist YPS in designing, implementing and assessing the Yonkers Urban Leadership Academy program for aspiring administrators for the 2023-2024 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with The Leadership Academy a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with The Leadership Academy to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with The Leadership Academy at a cost not to exceed $16,360.00.
