Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners
Amount: $7,500.00
Scope: To provide additional architectural and engineering services for the “Kitchen/Refrigeration & Playground” at Robert C. Dodson School, CIP 10945. This includes retaining Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering (E&R) to provide required environmental project monitoring for the abatement of the gymnasium mercury sports flooring and retaining Cook Sewer Services (Cook) for providing camera investigations and cleaning of existing site drainage in the project work area.
The additional services for E&R and Cook are in the amount of $17,500.00, less a balance of $10,000.00 originally assigned. Amendment 1 total amount of $7,500.00 is required.

Resolution:

WHEREAS via resolution 16.5 dated April 20, 2022, the Board of Education awarded Purchase Order 2022-7068 Architectural Services for CIP 10945 “Kitchen/Refrigeration & Playground” at Robert C. Dodson School to Fuller & D’Angelo P.C. in the amount of $33,500.00 and a term of 365 calendar days under Contract 2020-0628, and
WHEREAS an amendment is required for additional District directed Architectural/Engineering Services in the amount of $7,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend the existing assignment for CIP 10945, “Kitchen/Refrigeration & Playground” at Robert C. Dodson School under Contract 2024-0872 to Fuller & D’Angelo P.C. for $7,500.00, increasing the assignment amount from $33,500.00 to $41,000.00.
