Procurement of these services will be obtained via New York State Office of General Services Contract PC69879, Group 39000, Award 23262 “Industrial and Commercial Supplies and Equipment” awarded to W.W. Grainger Inc., in the amount of $62,699.20.

WHEREAS: In order to maintain and maximize efficient warehouse space for all Facilities and Food Service supplies and equipment, industrial shelving is necessary at the District Warehouse located at 60 Fullerton Ave, and
WHEREAS: Procurement of these services will be obtained via New York State Office of General Services Contract PC69879, Group 39000, Award 23262 “Industrial and Commercial Supplies and Equipment”, awarded to W.W. Grainger Inc., in the amount of $62,699.20, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award to furnish industrial shelving at 60 Fullerton Ave be awarded to W.W. Grainger Inc., 100 Grainger Parkway Lake Forest, IL 60045 for the total amount of $62,699.20, for a term of 365 calendar days.
